How to: Print table gridlines.
Solution:
A table's gridlines are for display purposes only (to allow user to view information more easily). Gridlines do not print. To print lines that show a table's rows and columns, add borders to the cells.
To add borders to the table:
1) Select the 'Table' menu and select 'Select Table'.
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Borders and Shading...'. (The Borders and Shading dialog box appears.)
3) Click 'Borders' tab.
4) Select 'Grid' from the 'Presets' box.
5) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: Borders can also be added selectively to a table (such as to an individual row of cells) simply by selecting desired cells and then following steps 2 through 5 above.
